The personal tool
CoAgnes Atelier
A personal tool for working through a question with AI — step by recorded step, so that what is reached can be explained, checked and built upon.
Announced. No build is published.

What the figure shows
- The question, as the heading. A study opens with what is to be understood, in the author's words. Everything below answers to it.
- What reached each step. In the left margin: the author's question, and what came back from the model — by name, with its place in the record.
- A ledger, not a paragraph. Each finding is a claim with a status — happened, or only declared — and the evidence it rests on, quoted.
- Who released it. In the right margin: which step published the finding, and that the machine added nothing of its own.
What it is for
A conversation with an assistant leaves an answer and little else. Atelier is designed for the work around the answer: a question is opened as a study; the material is read against it; what a model proposes arrives as a proposal, never as a fact; the author accepts, corrects or refuses; and every one of those steps is kept, in order.
What comes out is not a transcript. It is a document — findings, their sources, what was declared and what actually happened — that carries its own history, so that the author, or anyone the document is handed to, can see how each line came to be there.
What it runs on
Atelier is an assembly of NestVM, the machine CoAgnes is built on. It is designed to run on the owner's own machine, with a language model of the owner's choice. The machine itself is open to study in CoAgnes Lab.
Where it stands
A complete study has been walked on the workbench Atelier grows from, from the opening question to a reviewed report; it is recorded step by step in CoAgnes Lab. A downloadable build is not yet published.
